Fern Hill Farm features comfortable common rooms furnished with country Victorian decor
and period antiques. Our guest rooms feature antique beds and private baths.

  • Room rates are $85 - $115 per night and include homemade breakfasts cooked to order
  • All rates are based on double occupancy. 7% sales tax will be added
  • All children are welcome
  • Pets allowed with prior notice
  • a 50% or one night deposit is required for a reservation guarantee
  • Deposit will be refunded if cancellations are made two weeks in advance
  • Personal checks, traveler's checks, Visa/MC, and cash accepted
  • Smoking allowed outside the house
  • Check in between 4 and 7
  • Check out by noon
  • Breakfast will be served from 7:30 to 10:00
